JO ELKINS
Chloe has been one of the best things to happen in my life this last year. I came to her as I was stuck in a rut over my fitness and my diet and I told her how I was feeling and what I wanted to change and she was so understanding and took the time to talk through all the things our bodies go thorough, especially as women, that you wouldn’t normally take into consideration. She’s been patient with me, held me accountable, picked me up on bad weeks and helped me reset and has been one of the biggest supporters over any wins. One year on and the physical change in me is amazing and I couldn’t thank her enough, and the journey is still ongoing.

CHLOE NEEDS
I started coaching with Chloe because I needed to gain weight as I was underweight and wanted to gain weight in muscle. I will a complete novice when I started with her, she made me feel comfortable immediately. She always explained exercises in detail so I could understand how to do them with the correct technique and explained what it was going to help me achieve! Since working with her I have now put on 7kg and feel in the best shape I have ever been because of Chloe!! Best coach anyone could have asked for.

RACHEL EVANS
I used The Lifestyle Shift for nutritional support for my first marathon. Taking on a massive feat meant that I wanted to make sure I was prepared fully and I knew Chloe was the right person to help educate me on nutrition for performance. Without TLS, I would probably have under fuelled and hated completing a marathon and would likely not have done another, however because I was given the right tools by Chloe, I have completed a second and will go on to complete many more marathons. Chloe was supportive, available to answer questions and after my time with Chloe I felt better prepared and equipped to handle my nutrition for future races. I would highly recommend using The Lifestyle Shift and Chloe again for nutrition support or a full programming gym package and I'm sure I will use TLS again in the future.

I wanted was to lose my baby weight and to get ‘thin’ because I thought that would solve lots of problems.
Chloe didn’t help me with what I wanted, she helped me with what I needed. I needed to appreciate good food and learn what it could do to fuel me in life and training. She helped me to understand how to lose weight while giving myself space to enjoy social events and fun stuff.
With Chloe’s support (which is unwavering, and constant, and always above and beyond what she gets paid for!), I’ve found my way back to myself and have achieved more than I thought I could both in and out the gym.

SOPHIE BATES
I decided to work with Chloe as she was approachable and was genuinely passionate about helping others. I wanted a coach to help keep me stay accountable with my workouts and to increase fitness levels to pass army training. Because of Chloe, my confidence in the gym has improved and I managed to not only pass my basic training within the army, but also passed infantry trade training. I still use the same warm up and cool down as she prescribed me, as I never have had an injury whilst training in the gym and still use some exercises in my sessions now. Not only this, but the habits I have taken from the experience are still with me over a year later. I would recommend Chloe to anyone, whether you are joining the gym for the first time, or you need some guidance, she will cater to what you need.
